就业准证（Employment Pass, EP）是新加坡为外国专业人士设立的一种工作签证，允许持有人在新加坡合法生活与工作，并自由进出境。EP适用于被新加坡公司聘用的外籍员工，也适用于计划自雇、在新加坡创办企业的创业者。
通过EP，您将成为新加坡的税务居民，享受0%-24%的个人所得税率。此外，EP持有者还可为配偶和21岁以下未婚子女申请家属准证（Dependent Pass, DP），并可为父母申请长期探访准证（Long-Term Visit Pass, LTVP）。在符合条件的前提下，未来可进一步申请新加坡永久居民（SPR）身份。
The Employment Pass (EP) is a type of Singapore work visa designed for foreign professionals to live and work legally in Singapore. EP holders can also enter and leave Singapore without needing an entry visa. It applies to both employed and self-employed individuals — companies in Singapore can sponsor EPs for their foreign employees, while entrepreneurs can apply by appointing themselves as executive directors of their Singapore-registered companies.
With an EP, you will become a Singapore tax resident and benefit from a personal income tax rate between 0% and 24%. EP holders can also sponsor their spouse and unmarried children under 21 for Dependent Passes (DP), and their parents for a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP). In the future, with proper planning, the entire family may be eligible to apply for Singapore Permanent Residency (SPR).

2. 高级就业准证（PEP）
为高成就人士设计，具有高度灵活性，不与特定雇主绑定。在EP失效后6个月内可更换雇主而无需重新申请准证。
3. 创业准证（EntrePass）
面向希望在新加坡设立初创企业的外国企业家，适用于拥有创新商业模式或科技背景的创业项目。
4. 顶级专才准证（ONE Pass）
为来自商业、艺术、体育、学术等领域的全球顶尖人才设立，可同时管理多个项目，公司间自由流动，配偶也可获得工作许可（LOC）。
5. Tech@SG 企业人才引进计划
由新加坡经济发展局（EDB）与企业发展局（ESG）联合推动，为快速发展的科技公司在申请EP时提供机构级认证，降低被拒风险。
1. Tech.Pass
Designed to attract high-tech talent in industries such as AI, cybersecurity, and e-commerce. Eligible candidates can work in Singapore, start or invest in companies, or serve as directors.
2. Personalised Employment Pass (PEP)
Ideal for high-achieving professionals, the PEP offers enhanced flexibility and is not tied to a specific employer. PEP holders can change jobs in Singapore without reapplying for a new pass, as long as the gap between jobs does not exceed 6 months.
3. EntrePass
Targeted at foreign entrepreneurs who wish to launch innovative startups in Singapore. Suitable for those backed by venture capital or holding intellectual property or technology assets.
4. ONE Pass (Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass)
A premium visa for global top talent across sectors like business, arts, sports, academia, and research. ONE Pass holders can run or work for multiple companies in Singapore without reapplying for a new pass when switching roles. Spouses are also eligible to work in Singapore with a Letter of Consent (LOC).
5. Tech@SG Programme
Jointly administered by the Economic Development Board (EDB) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG), this scheme supports fast-growing tech companies by providing company-level endorsement for EP applications, reducing the risk of rejection.
